SEBI has mandated that all registered intermediaries ensure their websites and investor-facing digital platforms conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Zen Wealth acknowledges its obligations under this framework and the BSE reporting requirements.
Conformance Status
Conformance claim: Zen Wealth targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance for all pages on this website.
The following accessibility features have been implemented across all pages:
- Skip navigation link — A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page allows keyboard users to bypass the navigation menu (WCAG 2.4.1).
- Semantic HTML5 structure — Proper use of
<header>,<nav>,<main>,<footer>,<section>, and heading hierarchy (h1–h3) on every page. - Keyboard navigation — All interactive elements (links, buttons, form fields) are reachable and operable by keyboard alone. Tab order is logical and consistent.
- Visible focus indicators — A clearly visible gold outline (3px solid #B8860B) is displayed on all focused elements, meeting WCAG 2.4.7.
- Colour contrast — Primary text uses navy (#0B1F3A) on white (#FFFFFF), achieving a contrast ratio of approximately 15:1, well above the 4.5:1 WCAG AA minimum.
- ARIA labels and roles — Landmark roles (banner, navigation, main, contentinfo) and ARIA labels are applied to all major page sections and interactive controls.
- Responsive design — All pages reflow without horizontal scrolling at 320px viewport width, meeting WCAG 1.4.10 (Reflow).
- Text resizing — Text can be resized up to 200% in the browser without loss of content or functionality (WCAG 1.4.4).

Known Limitations
While Zen Wealth strives for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, we are aware of the following limitations:
- Contact form submission — The contact and risk profiling form uses client-side validation only. The form does not currently submit to a backend server; investors wishing to submit their details should also contact us directly by email or phone.
- PDF documents — Any downloadable PDF documents linked from this website may not be fully accessible. We are working to ensure all PDF content is also available in accessible HTML format on this website.
- Third-party external links — We link to third-party portals (SEBI SCORES, Smart ODR, SEBI website). Zen Wealth does not control the accessibility of these external websites and cannot guarantee their conformance.
- Formal audit pending — A formal WCAG 2.1 AA audit by an IAAP-certified accessibility professional is being commissioned to provide a complete conformance report for submission to BSE Ltd. by the mandated deadline.
