How the two capacities are kept separate
Investment advisory (financial planning, portfolio advice, suitability-based recommendations) is provided only under the Investment Adviser registration. Securities research (research reports, buy, sell or hold calls on securities, model portfolios) is provided only under the Research Analyst registration. Each has its own client agreement, terms, fee records, compliance audit and reporting to BSE. Every communication, post and report states which capacity it is issued in. Zen Wealth does not distribute any financial product and earns no commission in either capacity.
